Influenced by artists such as Tracy Chapman, Amy Winehouse and Norah Jones, the music of Bryony Heart has evolved into an organic blend of powerful pop with subtle tones of acoustic guitar to reveal that human touch.

Growing up in a small country village near the Surrey Hills, Bryony would spend most of her days in nature amongst animals and the outdoors. Being very dyslexic she struggled at school, often feeling alone she turned to music for comfort in her primary years. She began to learn the violin but soon found singing was how she could really express her feelings and the violin was later replaced with a guitar. In her early teens, Heart started to share her emotions with paper, writing lyrics that would tell a story based on issues that are relatable for anyone growing up, such as the trials and tribulations that relationships bring, monotonous routines that makes every day seem the same and unfixable regrets that will resonate with many listeners.

Bryony’s debut single “Player” was aired on ‘BBC Radio Introducing Solent’ with Steph Newenhouse being “Really impressed with the track” and further saying “A strong pop song with a really good vocal”.

Bryony released an acoustic version of Player on 1st March and intends to release new music every 6 weeks thereafter.
